That's a ridiculous argument. It's like saying that laying blame on someone may not help the people of 9/11. Yes, but it might prevent it from happening again, it is totally cogent for reporting to discuss it (and indeed, the constant running disaster porn script undermines this understanding of the social confluences behind the hurricane and in front of it), and if the current managers are screwing up, critiquing them (and this may include Bianco et al) is totally vital.
